Clifton-Fine Hospital provides pharmaceutical services for its hospital patients and long term care swing patients.
Pharmacist
The pharmacist compounds and dispenses medications according to written prescriptions, maintains records of all narcotics purchased and dispensed, and maintains a liaison with nursing stations and supervises the Hospital pharmacy.
The Clifton-Fine in-patient pharmacy is stocked to meet the emergency and day to day needs of the hospital. Recently the Pharmacy has implemented a new technology in the form of the Pyxis Automated Dispensing System. This system
allows for more effecient and effective patient care.
